Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who enter into a qualifying contract with Venergy Solar Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).
1.2 Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, contractors associated with this promotion, and their immediate family members are ineligible.
- Promotional Period
2.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am (ACST) on 1 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (ACST) on 31 December 2026, or such later date as required to align with the official 2027 Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix schedule.
2.2 Only qualifying contracts signed during this period are eligible.
- Qualifying Criteria
To enter, customers must:
(a) Sign a contract for a residential solar or solar + battery system during the promotional period;
(b) Have the system fully installed by 31 March 2027;
(c) Ensure full payment is received by 31 March 2027.
- Entry
4.1 Entry is automatic upon meeting all qualifying criteria.
4.2 Each qualifying contract equals one (1) entry.
4.3 Multiple entries are permitted for separate properties where each contract independently qualifies.
- Exclusions
Entries will not be valid where:
– Contracts are signed outside the promotional period
– Systems are not installed by the required date
– Full payment is not received
– Contracts are cancelled, refunded or void
– Work relates only to servicing, upgrades or maintenance
- Prize
6.1 The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $20,000 (incl. GST).
6.2 Two (2) winners will be selected.
6.3 Each prize includes:
– Two (2) return economy flights to China
– Six (6) nights’ accommodation (twin share)
– Two (2) tickets to the 2027 Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix
– Ground transport in China
– A visit to the Sungrow manufacturing facility
– A visit to a leading solar panel manufacturer
6.4 Travel dates will align with the official Formula 1 event schedule.
6.5 The prize does not include travel insurance, meals (unless stated), visas, spending money, or personal expenses.
6.6 The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6.7 If any component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
- Draw & Winner Selection
7.1 The promotion will be conducted across two draw periods:
– Draw 1: Entries from 1 April – 31 August 2026 | Draw date: 15 September 2026
– Draw 2: Entries from 1 September – 31 December 2026 | Draw date: 15 January 2027
7.2 Draws will take place at Venergy Solar Pty Ltd, Hindmarsh SA.
7.3 Winners will be selected via random electronic draw.
7.4 Winners will be notified within two (2) business days.
7.5 Winner names may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media.
- Unclaimed Prize
If a prize is not claimed within 14 days:
– Draw 1 redraw: 1 October 2026
– Draw 2 redraw: 5 February 2027
- Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photography and video content for marketing purposes.
- Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
